fall console table.

Last week I shared my porch that Jessica Nelson Design helped me style for a Fall themed entryway! I was so excited to have her help me also style my console table in my home, which is the first thing you see when you open the door. Sometimes I get stumped on how to decorate that table because it's easy to forget that it's meant to be styled, rather than just a place where you throw keys, junk mail, etc. Jessica has such an amazing eye for design so I knew she would do something amazing with it. I always decorate my home for the season {mainly, Halloween, Thanksgiving and then Christmas} so it's nice to get a fresh perspective every once in a while. To see the previous post, click HERE

She chose a few different designs for my table; one being more traditional orange and white, one had elements of lilac and mauve and the last was a mix of both. I just love how it turned out! Which one is your favorite!? Comment below and let me know.

Jessica and I immediately connected when we met for the first time to talk about doing this collaboration. We didn't realize how much we had in common, like the fact that we are both first time Mom's to little girls {mine born in June of 2016 and hers in August of 2016}. We also didn't realize we both left our jobs at the corporate office of a major fashion retailer here in Seattle after having our babies to start our own business. Jessica is a super inspiring Mama who truly represents the word "hustle". Being a business owner is tough, but so rewarding, so I am so happy to share her design expertise with you and if you or someone you know is looking for an Interior Designer in the Seattle area, Jess is your girl! She is so talented and sweet and I'm hoping to have her help us on some things with our house if we decide to move process with a major remodel we are in the works with.

Stay tuned for Thursday post where I share a look from one of my favorite new lines at Target!
